Pizza Rock // Las Vegas Eats

Hey, guys!

Hope you all had a safe and Happy New Year's Eve and that your 2018 has been off to a great start so far.

I spent the New Year's with Gman, hopping around to a few different locations. We went to visit grandma and grandpa, then went to our friend Lorraine's house. She served up some delicious food and put on a bonfire in her backyard so we could roast marshmallows and make s'mores. Then we ended the night at our friend Chelsea's house to celebrate her birthday and celebrate the new year with her, Vincent and Sai. It was nice to just hang out and spend time with them. This was our first year going out for New Year's so I'm glad Gman and I got to spend it in great company.

How about you guys? How was your New Year's?

I start a new gig today with a company called Soothe Inc.! I'll be a Client Relations Rep for the company and this week, I get to go into training and learn more about my position, company history, and all that jazzzz. I'm so excited because it's a new year with new opportunities. Before I head into work, I am reminiscing the Ugly Sweater Christmas Party I attended with the Vegas Lifestyle Influencers at Pizza Rock, here in downtown Las Vegas.

Pizza Rock is great spot that features gourmet pizzas in a variety of delicious flavors along with 23 rotating drafts, craft cocktails, and over 60 bottled and canned beer. The place is also fairly creative with Vinyl Records taking the covers of menus, television screens plastered to the wall streaming good music for all to enjoy, and little nooks as booths for parties of twos to lounge and eat.

They do this style pizza where they'll have 3 different flavors in one. Perfect for sharing!

So much meat and cheese!!!

Gluten-free Vegetarian Pizza

It was so great being able to try a variety of their food! I really enjoyed their salad, the gluten-free vegetarian pizza, and their tiramisu!

I shared the gluten-free Vegetarian Pizza with my fellow blogger mate, Ayron Bloss. She has a gluten allergy and I don't eat meat. This pizza was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Ayron also mentioned that she loved the crust and would have never thought it was gluten-free! Needless to say, the pizza was a win-win in our books.

My Ugly Sweater

It says "Fa-la-la-la-la, La-la-llama" LOL

Because the party was an Ugly Sweater Christmas party, we all rocked our sweaters. I didn't actually have one on hand, so I ran to Wal-Mart and I found this one. I thought it was pretty funny and I loved the style! I liked that you could wear the sweater off the shoulder and that I pretty much could wear it as a dress because I'm so short.

Swag galore!

Okay, now it's time to talk about all this swag! Our leaders, Mel and Steph, KILLED IT. I absolutely love everything in here. Thank you thank you to our sponsors for all the stuff! I did a swag opening for these on my IG story a little while back and I got a lot of comments about the Kiss Products. Don't worry, I'll be posting a review on these soon ;)

Thank you Pizza Rock for hosting our event! Check them out if you're ever in Vegas and need some great pizza. They are located right across from the Grand Hotel and just a coupel blocks down from Fremont Street.

Happy Tuesday, guys!
