Fashion Favorites: Patty's Closet

In my previous post, I mentioned how I celebrated my blog's 1 year anniversary at DVF in the Palazzo. It was such a wonderful event and I had such a blast celebrating with my gurlfransss :) A lot of us have been DYINGGGG to get all dressed up and set up a high tea time. This event was perfect because there was tea, food AND fashion! (All of our favorite things of course lol) For the event, I wanted to wear something that would really play up the whole tea party aspect. But I also wanted to be comfortable, feel feminine and confident. So naturally, I ended up at one of my favorite stores here in Vegas, Patty's Closet.

My girl Angel and her sales associate Cheyane really helped me out when looking for this dress. It was actually pretty perfect because the dress I ended up wearing just arrived to the store that week!

This dress was so much fun to wear. I felt like a 5 year old princess and loved the poofy skirt. The heart shaped top of the dress added even more of a feminine flair to this dress, which I loved. Although when I think "tea party dress" I automatically think colorful dresses, I liked the dress was black. Black is a classy color and it will allow me to wear this dress to different occasions. I guess you could say this dress is now added to my collection of little black dresses in my closet.

Just to add a pop of color, I accessorized the dress with a Patty's Closet blush colored belt. I'm not one to use pink in my outfits, but I liked the shade of pink. Plus the style of the belt really matched the feminine look I was going for.

For more great styles and fashionable looks, head over to Patty's Closet on Rainbow and Windmill here in Vegas. And if you live out of state or country, don't fret!
