Hey, there!

Currently, I am sick at home with a chest infection (YUCK!) I just got it earlier this week along with large waves of fatigue. I barely ever get sick anymore since I stopped eating meat, but every once in a while, when I push myself a bit too much with my schedule and don't sleep well, I get like this. I'm taking this as a great reminder to give myself some rest when my body can't handle my schedule. As much as I like to stay busy, being at home today and sleeping has put the biggest smile on my face. I feel 10x better already !

I wanted to recap my last food adventure with the Vegas Lifestyle Influencer babes a few weeks ago. We celebrated "Havana Nights" over at Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill in the Grand Canal Shoppes and it was such a blasty blast!

My OOTD // Dress: Show Me Your MuMu ; Head Wrap: Zara

Our rum punch and jalepano cucumber drink with our chocolate pralines.

Just lounging and getting a sugar high by eating all the praline sticks LOL

Our small plates were a hit with the group!

Chicken Wings

Empanadas

Fried Plantains dipped in this amazing peanut butter caramel. Yum!

Sugarcane is pretty special place. They create small plates for sharing and large plates for a hearty, delicious meal. Their kitchen is ran by Executive Chef, Timon Balloo. The staff was super kind and made sure that we were able to really experience their theme of the month, Havanna Nights. The restaurant has these special nights once a month and it's all based on their liquors. They go all out with pairing their themed drinks with small plates that really complete the whole experience.

We drank this yummy punch made from Cuban rum,ate chocolate praline sticks, chicken wings, empanadas, sliders and fried plantains. Because I don't eat meat, I only munched on the fried plantains and chocolate praline sticks. LOL. But from what the other girls were saying, the empanadas were absolutely delicious and were pretty much the favorite food of the night!

Thank you to Sugarcane for having us blogger babes out for the night. It was because of the fabulous service, food & drinks from your restaurant that made another memorable night down for the books!

If you're at the Grand Canal Shoppes, be sure to check out the restaurant, located on Restaurant row, right next to the Casino on the Venetian side.

Happy Friday, loves!
