Brunchin' at STK at The Cosmopolitan // Las Vegas Eats

G and I got to check out STK’s brunch and it was a great way to start the day!

STK is a popular steakhouse located on level two of my favorite hotel on the strip, The Cosmopolitan. As of April this year, the restaurant is serving signature and classic brunch dishes, along with bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. The restaurant space has covid policies in place to ensure a safe dining experience for all.

For drinks, G and I sipped on mocktails like the Red Rum and the Paloma.

Here’s a rundown of what we got to taste…

The verdict? Considering this was our first brunch together (and Gedalya’s first one in general), let’s just say the bar is set high for brunches to follow 🙌🏼
